How do I create an account?
Click the 'Join Us' button in the navigation bar or visit our registration page. You can sign up using your email address or social media accounts. Once registered, you'll be able to upload videos and receive feedback from expert coaches.
How do I upload a video?
After logging in, navigate to the upload section. You can upload videos in common formats (MP4, MOV, AVI). Make sure your video shows your skiing technique clearly with good lighting. Once uploaded, our expert coaches will analyze your video and provide detailed feedback.
What video formats are supported?
We support most common video formats including MP4, MOV, and AVI. For best results, we recommend uploading videos in landscape orientation with good lighting and clear visibility of your technique.

How long does it take to receive feedback?
Feedback turnaround time varies, but most coaches aim to provide detailed analysis within 24-48 hours of video submission. You'll be notified once your feedback is ready.
Are my videos and feedback public?
Yes, videos and feedback are public on the platform. This allows the community to learn from each other and helps coaches provide better insights. If you have concerns about privacy, please contact our support team.
Who provides the feedback?
Your videos are analyzed by our team of expert ski coaches who are carefully selected professionals with extensive experience in teaching and coaching. They provide personalized, detailed feedback to help you improve your technique.

How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile information, including your name and phone number, from your dashboard profile page. Simply navigate to your profile settings and make the necessary changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard. If you need assistance with cancellation or have questions about billing, please contact our support team.

I'm having trouble uploading a video
