Program Structure

1

Centered Stance & Balance

Objective: Establish a stable, centered stance that allows the skis to work naturally.

Success Criteria: • Skier remains centered throughout the turns • Skis stay in contact with the snow • Turns look relaxed and controlled

Direction Control & Turn Shape

Objective: Learn to guide the skis into round, controlled turns.

Success Criteria: • Turns are round and predictable • Speed remains controlled • Skier maintains flow between turns

Outside Ski Awareness

Objective: Develop awareness and use of the outside ski in every turn.

Success Criteria: • Skier stays stable on the outside ski • Turns feel more solid and controlled • Reduced slipping during turns

Speed Control Through Turn Shape

Objective: Control speed by shaping the turn rather than braking.

Success Criteria: • Speed remains consistent without hard braking • Turns are smooth and complete • Skier looks calm and in control

Red Run Preparation & Confidence

Objective: Apply all fundamentals to ski red runs with confidence.

Success Criteria: • Skier maintains control on red terrain • Turns remain round and consistent • Visible confidence and flow
